Higher fitness levels gained through year-round swimming may build stronger immune systems that make a child more resilient to stress and illness. Swimming, along with good nutrition, can help your little ones stay fit and healthy during winter. Wearing a swimming cap during the lessons, warm clothing and footwear for after lessons are also good habits for healthy kids during winter.
